by Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara knowledge partner Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur in association with India Commerce Association.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the conference without refund if they
violate the code of conduct or behave inappropriately.
Limitation of Liability
Organizer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the conference. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of
profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
Changes to the Event
Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
Photography and Recording
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by Organizer without compensation or further consent.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in materials distributed or presented at the conference are owned by Organizer or the individual presenters. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create
derivative works from such materials without express written permission.
Governing Law
This disclaimer policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Udaipur Jurisdiction only. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur Jurisdiction only.
